Our Company

Pálhalma Estate was founded in December 1949 by the Minister of Justice. Pálhalmai Agrospeciál Ltd. was established on January 1, 1994 as the complete legal successor of Pálhalma Estate (being 100% national propery).

Location: The land of Pálhalmai Agrospeciál Ltd. is over 4,000 ha-s, located 70kms from Budapest, 2kms from Dunaújváros on the Mezőföld. The head office of the company is located in Pálhalma grange, approachable on road 62 from Székesfehérvár or Dunaújváros, on road 6 from Budapest or Pécs, or on the motorway M6 on the exit of Dunaújváros North. It is logistically favourable that the Dunaújváros-Budapest railroad crosses the land of Pálhalma, the company even has an industrial track. The port of Dunaújváros is located 6kms from the center.

Human resources: the most important resource for the company is human resource. The well-trained experts and the low migration of manpower are the base for the traditionally good company achievements. The company has nearly 300 full-time workers. Given its special conditions the company is the biggest employer of the small area. With its high-standard ouput, ongoing and planned investments the company can keep its ability to create and sustain workplaces. Human managers puts a big effort in company events. The self-organised sports events and the much freqented programs on Adorján-day are traditionally very successful.
